Start out going South on I-181 to exit 36. Turn left onto US-381 East. Go through two sets of traffic lights and bear left as US-381 turns North onto Bristol Highway. Proceed on Bristol Highway US-11E and 19W for six miles. Go through the first traffic light. Turn right at the second traffic light. Our facility is located 0.8 miles on the right.

From Tri-Cities Airport

Upon exiting the airport, turn left onto Highway 75 West. At the traffic light, turn left onto Highway 36 South. Go through two traffic lights. Turn left onto US-381 East.
