I would like to express the pleasure that it has been to work with Greg Maitlen of Bell and Jim Fogle at Edwards during our search for a new helicopter. You should be proud of the way they conducted themselves in all aspects of the process. Their professionalism here in face-to-face meetings with the competition or in private with any of our employees was beyond reproach.
Never was there a bad word said about the other products or their sales representatives. In the end, it was the product and your employees that sold your company to us. We are now looking forward to delivery and a long and lasting relationship with your company by eventually replacing all five other aircraft with 407s.
