First, let me recognize Mr. Jim Fogle from Edwards & Associates for his continuous efforts at making all of our aircraft outstanding. We spent many hours on the telephone and countless emails making sure the details were correct, and Jim never wavered in his dedication to making sure it was done right, the first time. This dedication and the quality of work Edwards produces gave me the confidence to send our original 407 to Tennessee (12 hours flying roundtrip) for repaint when we could have done the job here in-state. I was so impressed with the quality and product support that I never really considered another shop for the work. Please ensure that Mr. Fogle receives the praise he so deserves.
The balance of the staff at Edwards and AAI also need to be recognized, and regrettably there are too many to name individually, although all we met made customer satisfaction a common goal. We felt like welcomed guests, even family, during our stay in Bristol.
