There are not many times in business that you can completely satisfy your customer for over twenty years, but this is one. I have purchased several helicopters from Edwards during that time and along with these purchases Edwards has always handled our annual maintenance of these aircrafts to our complete satisfaction.
Starting with your sales department, a very important reason why I keep coming back to Edwards for new purchases is because of your salesman Paul Schreuder. Paul has always done an outstanding job in putting together a superior product for our needs and his honesty is second to none. Your maintenance department is another very large reason why I return year after year. I don’t know how you have been able to get so many good quality people that really care about your customers, but you have. The most recent event we had was a chip detector situation which led Rolls Royce decision that the turbine had to be removed and replaced. Alan Stelzig was sent from Edwards to Ohio to do the project. I can’t say enough good things about Alan, his knowledge and excellent work ethics were outstanding.
I guess what I am trying to say is don’t change a thing you have a winning team. I would never consider going to anyone other than Edwards and Associates for all of our helicopter needs. I can’t thank you enough for all the many years of excellent service from your staff and I look forward to the many years of service ahead.
