It takes a great deal of people to complete a big project such as this. So each side appoints a representative and together they communicate and coordinate the efforts of all those folks behind the scenes. Often times that person becomes the face of the organization they represent and the quality of the product/contract/ or service is sometimes judged based solely on that relationship. In this case that person for Edwards and Associates was Mr. Dan Berndt. Mr. Williams I have told you this before and I just wanted to say it again in public. It was such a pleasure to work with Dan. I know that for the past six months delivery of the two Orange County Aircraft Was not his only job responsibility. Yet he made it look like it was. No matter where he was or what he was doing 24/7 despite being in a different time zone Dan was never too busy to respond to our concerns. He always responded promptly and quickly addressed concerns to our satisfaction.
