Description
This position will be responsible for opening customer orders/work orders, purchase orders and ordering parts using Bell’s internal mainframe. Will provide quotation estimates and customer support to Bell Helicopter, create historical records and 8130-3 forms for helicopter components, and prepare work order binders for invoicing. Will maintain departmental inventory control and electronically file all documentation related to component repairs and overhaul.
Experience/Skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to learn various other programs, be detailed oriented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize work and complete tasks on time. Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Previous customer service and inventory control experience preferred.
Education
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
